Efficiency North is supporting the social and economic regeneration in the Yorkshire and Humber region and EN:Able Futures is committed to providing the very best apprenticeship opportunities to the young people of the region through a specifically designed the Housing and Infrastructure Apprenticeship Academy.
All programmes have been developed to address the major skills shortages affecting the professional/technical areas and to develop future construction industry leaders. The programmes will include contractor-led sessions alongside professional mentoring to ensure that the apprentices get a fully-rounded training and development package as well as guaranteed employment for the duration of their apprenticeship.
We will offer guaranteed first stage interviews for those who identify themselves as care leavers along with any advice and guidance if required.
