As part of Arena Group’s commitment to the Care Leaver Covenant we will offer mentoring support to care leavers who are employed by Arena, and also an external offer of mentoring support to those who are not employed by Arena.
Internal Mentoring Support
Arena will provide access to mentoring for individuals who have gained employment with Arena. This would be on an adhoc basis as and when care leavers are employed and would like to take up this opportunity. This would be on introduction to the company, navigating the world of work, general requests for support (budgeting etc) and checking in on their progress.
External Mentoring Support
We offer a programme of structured mentoring sessions (once a month) with care leavers (not employed at Arena), with general support focused on employability and getting into work (cv writing, job applications, interview prep, navigating the process), general support (budgeting, business etiquette etc).
