Auctus Management Group (AMG) is a company that provides services that support and maintain the UK’s Infrastructure, through its members, INFRA Skills Ltd and RSS Infrastructure Ltd. We intend to continue to expand and develop each group member company by delivering excellent service solutions first time, every time.
We are passionate about delivering high quality, cost-effective services that exceed expectations and deliver on our promises.
We are a care leaver-friendly employer who is lucky to employ a welcoming team who are committed to supporting care leavers to access our employment-related opportunities in Birmingham:
Work Experience
We are committed to providing work experience opportunities for care leavers, in various areas of our business. This would be primarily administration-based work, from our offices in Aston, where we have numerous operational and support departments who may look for assistance with various office tasks. Depending upon which department needs assistance at any one time, this could mean that you are directly supporting the work of site-based, operational personnel, or learning about how the support functions, such as HR, Finance, IT and Marketing all have their unique part to play in the wider operations of the business.
Due to the nature of work experience being performed by individuals who perhaps haven’t been in a workplace previously, we may not always have suitable work. Therefore this offer is flexible and always open, so that when we receive an enquiry, we can agree dates and durations once we have established what work is available and in which department.
If this is of interest, please contact us at: CLCenquiries@auctusmg.co.uk, making it clear you are looking for work experience.
