We are working with national training provider Vocational Solutions (VSS) to help develop ‘First Step’, a short training programme, designed to support people who are looking for the first step into their dream career.

The course starts on 07th March 2022 and runs for 4 weeks, Participants will gain:
- (Level 2) Customer Service Programme
- Work trials within Compass venues
- Guaranteed Interview
- Progression into employment at various firms including RAF Cosford, DMS Whittington, DIO Sutton Coldfield, Venning & Parsons Barracks, Aston Villa, Edgbaston and Wolves Molineux FC
Most of the programme of the will take place at VSS Regional office, 77 – 87 Newtown Row, Birmingham, B6 4HG.
Eligibility criteria
No prior experience is necessary as all training will be given.
