The English Football League (EFL) Trust and it’s network of 71 Football Club Community Organisations offer a variety of employability and mentoring programmes suitable for care leavers across the country.

The 12 week programme offers a variety of academic qualifications and training that equips you with the skills needed to successfully find employment. Participants will also access work experience in a range of employment contexts, both within the football Club and with other local businesses.
