We will offer a range of construction trade and office based Apprenticeships to young care leavers aged 18-20 including joinery, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing.
This is an ideal opportunity for care leavers of study programmes who want to progress and work experience or placements can be arranged to help the individual make a decision whether it is the right progression route
We will pay apprenticeship minimum wage but offer progression routes to increase wages paid subject to performance standards being met. We can provide transport from our office base in Timperley Altrincham to our sites.
The office based apprentice will work as part of a small team from the office in Timperley.
And provide all care leavers who are recruited with mentoring support from a team of colleagues who all want to help young apprentices develop.
