As part of our offer, we will monitor care leavers applications to our roles and provide feedback on their progress.
We have a strong support package around our apprentices which encompasses physical attendance to a site for some days per week, a dedicated mentor in addition to the line manager, weekly pastoral contact, tailored programme with the chosen training provider to suit their personal and business circumstances.
