We have a Traineeship Hospitality which is a 16 week programme that supports individuals with pursuing a career in the hospitality sector. The programme includes developing work preparation skills, English, maths and ICT too. There is a work experience element to the role which commences half way through the programme.
To be eligible, you must be aged between 19-24, identify as having a learning disability, difficulty / Autism (no medical certificate required) and have an eagerness to work. It is an intense programme, happening over 16 weeks, 4 days a week so it is for those who are keen to get into employment but would benefit from support around learning career, independence, confidence skills.
