The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) is proud to be a signatory of the Care Leaver Covenant, and to provide opportunities for young people to achieve positive outcomes.
To support care leavers we will be running as series of ‘Careers in the NHS’ and employability skills sessions. At these sessions you will learn what it is like to work for the NHS and what qualities and skills are required for different roles at RNOH.
We would like to encourage care leavers to apply for opportunities at RNOH, including apprenticeships and other suitable job roles. We will inform the Covenant when suitable vacancies and opportunities become available.
To support care leavers, we will offer guidance to prospective applicants through a bespoke session about the role and our organisation, how to write an application and interview skills as well as confidence-building exercises.
