The “Live & Work” programme is an award winning partnership programme developed between Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust and West Midlands youth homelessness charity St Basils. The aim of the programme is to provide apprenticeship opportunities and living accommodation within the hospital to young people aged 16 – 24 years old.

Community Contact Centre Agent
Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust are currently recruiting for the Community Contact Centre Agent apprentice role. This is ring-fenced for the Live and Work programme.
The apprenticeship role is Based at Lyndon Primary Care Centre in West Bromwich.
you will work alongside colleagues to provide a seamless service to our registered patient population.
Excellent communication skills; the ability to employ active listening, empathy and a friendly
approach to identify people’s needs are essential.

Successful candidates are expected to reside at the Apprentice House, Sandwell, for the duration of their apprenticeship programme and meet the eligibility criteria of St Basils.
