Sussex CCG have committed to support those with care experience within our organisation and to embed a culture where those with care experience are part of the system leadership that influences the future health care of children and young people in care.
We will notify the Covenant of any available opportunities for care leavers.
And we have an ambition to develop apprentice roles to produce a participation and co-production strategy for engaging with those in care.
We have also forged good links with the DWP work coaches to offer posts to potential candidates who are care leavers.
