Early Break also delivers the Holding Families program which provides a whole family approach to addressing the impact of parental Substance Misuse.
Early Break is committed to supporting care leavers to engage with appropriate treatment services and where required will work in partnership with adult treatment services as young people make the transition into adult services.
Early Break is a client centred service and believes in the importance of co-production; care experienced individuals will have the opportunity to involved in service design and delivery planning.
Early Break is an advocate of the Connects Initiative and will promote the app with care experienced individuals.
Referrals can be made directly by the individual or by another professional
