To support the care leaver covenant we will:
Organise and deliver specific events and activities to support care leavers to progress to higher education.
Organise and deliver an annual awards ceremony to recognise the achievements of care leavers from across Greater Manchester.
Convene the GM LAC forum which brings together universities, colleges, local authorities and charities and enables them to collaborate to improve educational and employment opportunities for care leavers.
