Construction Housebuilding Work Experience Placement

Redrow are one of the fastest growing housebuilders in the UK and quality is at the heart of everything we do. A five star award winning builder, we believe our investment in trainees and young people is key to the future success of our business.

This opportunity to join us for a taster of construction and gain training and skills.   

For young people who are (in education) aged 16-25, on Construction Study Programme we can offer a short 30 hour work experience or an Extended Industry Placement which is a minimum of 45 days.

For young people who are aged 16-25 and are Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET) and in receipt of benefit we could offer a placement of 8 weeks in duration, up to 30 hours per week.

You will receive support and guidance, learning about the industry and acheive qualifications in Maths and English. 

If you are successful we would guarantee an interview for an apprenticeship in the trade of your choice and hopefully staying with us for a further three years.
