What you’ll do

Identify and solve problems. Answer queries. Sell Sky products. Based in our Sheffield Contact Centre, you’ll take calls from customers about billing and upgrades, as well as those having technical issues. As part of a supportive, fun and friendly team, your focus will be on having great conversations.

How you’ll do it

Communication is king. You’ll be warm, friendly and eager to help customers. You’ll love the challenge of dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets. Most of all, you’ll enjoy chatting to lots of different people and helping to resolve their issues.
