Jacobs and Become

In 2024 we have begun a collaboration with Become charity to help support young people exploring careers and further STEM education. We will be volunteering and raising money for Become over the next year.

Positive Mental Health – Our Jacobs Culture of Caring

We believe that positive mental health is a crucial part of our Culture of Caring at Jacobs. We want everyone to have the tools and resources they need to thrive, that’s why we developed One Million Lives (OML).  OML is a free online mental health check-in tool developed by Jacobs and clinical psychologists to help you understand how you’re currently coping and provide suggestions to improve your mental health. Checking in is helpful even if you feel well – the earlier you check, the earlier you can make changes to stay well.

By checking your own mental health, you can lead the way for others to check theirs too. Become part of the ripple by sharing One Million Lives with your friends. One Million Lives is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any mental health disease or condition. Please seek immediate help from trained medical physicians if you suspect you are suffering from any mental health or other medical condition.
