Are you aged 16-24 and looking for a job? There are over 60 different jobs across Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism ranging from Assistant Bartenders, Bar Staff, Baristas, Customer Service Assistants and Cashiers, Concierge to Beauty Therapists, Cinema and Theatre Attendant, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Porter / Stewards, and many more.

The Springboard Charity helps people of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life to gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to forge a career in these amazing industries.  All of our courses are free for participants and include:

  • Soft skills and confidence building training
