Work Experience Opportunities – We are committed to offering structured, personalised, and meaningful work experience opportunities to care leavers wherever possible. These opportunities will be available across our retail sites based in Hull and the surrounding villages.
Pathways to Employment
We will support care leavers in developing essential employability skills through a range of tailored initiatives. This may include coaching and mentoring, CV writing support, skills workshops, and mock interviews, all designed to build confidence and prepare them for the world of work.

Suitable opportunities can be found on our jobs board Vacancies | Sewell On The Go and will also be advertised on the Care Leaver Covenant job board. Care leavers who meet the eligibility criteria will be guaranteed an interview, ensuring fair access to employment opportunities.
