As a trainer, she is one of the leading trainers of foster carers for The Fostering Network and an associate trainer for Business Disability Forum, focussing on equality, diversity and inclusion.
As a public speaker, Paris has provided keynote speaking for Barnardo’s, NSPCC and other health, care and professional corporate clients in the business world. Paris is a guest on various Podcasts, interviews and panel discussions.
Care leavers are offered mentoring, careers support and advice on a range of topics, including mental health and overcoming adversity, surviving in a high pressured, stressful world and thriving through developing resilience and other coping skills and mechanisms.
