At One Home Care, we offer person centred care for any young person placed within our homes which are located in Lancashire and the East Midlands.

We empower our managers and staff to make decisions and offer support that reflects the unique needs of their home creating warm and nurturing environments where children can thrive. No two children are the same, and that is why our homes aren’t either.
As a supporter of the Care Leaver Covenant we are looking to offer care leavers the opportunity to join our team. We can offer full training for individuals who are new to the role and the sector. The most important qualification if a care leaver wants to join One Home Care, is that they share our values and want to offer the very best support to the young people we care for.
