Join Our Team – Work Placements
We’re offering:
- 6‑week paid work placements for care leavers interested in civil engineering or project management
- Work experience placements for those looking to complete coursework or training hours
- Permanent employment opportunities as vacancies become available
- Pay: To be confirmed, depending on role and placement type
- A structured, inclusive environment where we help you gain skills, experience, and confidence
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities could include:
- Assisting on live site projects, covering groundwork, drainage or surfacing
- Shadowing engineers and project managers to understand planning and operations
- Learning about site health & safety, materials, and contractor coordination
- Developing practical skills essential for site-based roles
The Skills We’re Looking For
Experience is not required, just a readiness to learn. We’re looking for people who are:
