Working for both public and private sector clients with contracts across Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and the Isle of Wight in cities and towns such as Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Brighton, Bournemouth, Reading, Crawley and Horsham.
To assist care leavers we will offer a range of job opportunities from Call Handlers, Labourers to Apprenticeships with a guaranteed interview.
We will offer a buddy/mentoring scheme for care leavers within our business, where care leavers will be paired with a more experienced member of staff who will offer guidance. We will also pair each care leaver with one of our Mental Health First Aiders, to provide additional support if requested.
