Roles at Taylor Woodrow

Construction and civil engineering offer a wide range of career opportunities, from project management, engineering and commercial roles to business support and skilled trades.

Roles include Project Manager, Construction Manager, CAD Technician, Quantity Surveyor, Health & Safety Advisor, Office Manager, Data Analyst, Groundworker and Plant Operator.

Early Careers

Our early careers programmes are designed to help people develop the skills, knowledge and experience needed to build successful careers.

We have apprenticeship, graduate programme and placement opportunities in; Civil Engineering, Commercial Quantity Surveying and Environmental

We also have graduate programmes and placements in; Digital engineering and Finance

You could also complete an apprenticeship in; Groundworks, Business Administration, Corporate and Social Responsibility and Marketing and Communications

We also offer a graduate programme in; Business Management, Quality/Innovation, Health and Safety and HR

Whatever your background or aspirations, we’ll help you develop your skills, explore different career paths and find the right opportunity for you.

Eligible care leavers may also qualify for the Government’s £3,000 Apprenticeship Care Leavers’ Bursary, subject to eligibility requirements.

How We’ll Support You

Starting a new role can be a significant step. We will work with applicants and, where appropriate and with their consent, their Personal Adviser or Leaving Care Team to help make the transition into employment as smooth as possible.

Care-experienced applicants can identify themselves during the enquiry or application process so that appropriate support can be provided.

  • A named point of contact for care leaver opportunities.
