Mentoring & Advocacy Support

Summary: Phoenix Thrive CIC offers a safe space and community for young women with a supportive system for individuals to achieve their full potential.

Further Details:

At Phoenix Thrive we offer a caring and supportive community for young women aged 16-25 through positive wellbeing experiences that encourage high aspirations, confidence and personal development, helping women to thrive through to their full potential.

As part of our commitment to care leavers, we offer a 1:1 mentoring and advocacy support service for care experienced females, including:

  • 1:1 Mentoring – Mentorship from an experienced professional/community worker/role model to provide guidance and support in preparation for the transition to adulthood
  • Advocacy Support – We provide an independent advocate for representation, advice or signposting for any issues relating to education, housing or employment
  • Regular Group Based / 1:1 Wellbeing Activities – We provide a range of activities to support mental and emotional wellbeing.

Duration and frequency of support is dependent on the needs of the individual.
