Aramark is a leading service provider within the UK and Northern Europe. We primarily offer Catering and Hospitality services to clients and customers across the UK and have an exciting portfolio with contracts including Theme Parks and Attractions with our newest contract being Merlin which we took over catering services for in March – and now we have lots of opportunities for individuals to be involved in this exciting contract!

Aramark employees around 16000 employees in Northern Europe and we continue to grow – with many new contracts on the horizon -including Alton Towers which we will service from November 2022!

You may not know Aramark as a name, as we are a contract caterer, more in the background delivering food services for our clients!

As a food business we have a host of opportunities, which includes those at entry level food service right up to management and culinary experts. The opportunities are endless, and we have a team of learning and development experts to promote and assist individuals learning journeys including internal apprenticeship schemes.

Aramark currently have around 1000 vacancies and opportunities across the UK, offering a range of different contract types including seasonal roles. We know that individuals have personal commitments and are very busy – so quite possibly we have something that works for everyone!

Our recruitment process is simple. We ask individuals to review our company careers website and apply direct via their simple application process.

Successful candidates will then go through a short interview where in the main attitudes and behaviors are tested, we can train all of the required skills! We are looking for people who can offer service with a smile and in return we can offer a great supportive and fun working environment.

We have a short onboarding process for successful candidates, where forms are completed on line and support is in place from the recruiting manager. Right to work checks can be completed face to face or virtually as part of this process.

It is important to Aramark that candidates enjoy the recruitment experience, so we make this as simple as we can.

Once in employment, your line manager will buddy with you and guide you through your induction and we will also have the support of the HR team who will also act as a buddy should you need any support or someone to talk to.
