Summary: Building Futures Programme which includes 1-1 mentoring, training and support for young adults.

Further Details:

Building Futures is a bespoke programme of 1-1 employment support, mentoring and training/qualifications aimed at young adults aged 19 -24 within the South Yorkshire area.

We support individuals who are NEET, including specific support targeted at care experienced young people, with an aim to reduce barriers to employment and progression. We offer a blended approach, support and training can be delivered face to face or online. Training is linked to employment opportunities, and everyone will be supported by a dedicated keyworker.

Qualifications include: • Functional Skills Maths and English. • Digital Skills. • Level 1 Construction Course with fully funded CSCS card. • Health and Social Care. • Supply Chain and Logistics. *All courses come 1:1 personalised mentoring support with a keyworker
