About Us

Skills 2 Thrive is an innovative digital life-skills learning platform designed to support young people as they transition into adulthood. The platform delivers engaging video-based learning and interactive modules focused on the practical skills young people need to thrive independently.

Created by a care experienced social worker with extensive experience as a Personal Advisor supporting young people leaving care, the platform combines lived experience with professional insight to provide practical guidance on navigating adulthood with confidence.

The platform focuses on helping young people develop essential life skills such as managing money, preparing for employment or education, understanding housing and tenancy, building resilience and maintaining wellbeing.

Content is delivered through simple, accessible videos and interactive learning modules designed specifically for young people and accessible on mobile devices.

A Platform to Support Your Journey into Adulthood

Moving into independence can feel overwhelming. Many young people face new responsibilities such as managing money, finding accommodation, understanding employment or navigating further education.

Skills 2 Thrive aims to make this transition easier by providing practical guidance, relatable stories and clear step-by-step advice through a digital platform that young people can access anytime.

The platform helps young people build the confidence, knowledge and life skills needed to prepare for adult life and future opportunities.
