Our programme focuses on empowerment, helping care leavers take ownership of their lives, build confidence and work towards meaningful personal and career goals.
We provide individualised support, flexible learning options and a calm, nurturing environment where learners feel safe, supported and able to thrive.
We will support care-experienced individuals by building confidence, skills and clear career pathways into the beauty industry and beyond. We create an inclusive, supportive learning environment where care leavers can explore opportunities, gain recognised qualifications and move confidently into employment, further training or self-employment.

What We Offer – Beauty Education & Qualifications
- Introduction to Hair & Beauty programme
- City & Guilds approval in progress
- Entry Level 1 & Entry Level 2 Beauty Therapy Qualifications
- Relaxed, supportive workshops introducing learners to the beauty industry
- Exploration of education, training and career options within beauty
Flexible Learning Model
- Hybrid delivery: part home-based, part in-house
- Adjusted learning to suit individual needs and wellbeing
- Small class sizes for personalised support
- Learning delivered at a pace that feels right for each learner
Employability & Life Skills Support
- 1:1 mentoring and ongoing emotional and practical support
- CV writing and key employability skills
- Confidence-building and interview preparation
- Insight into real-world working environments
- Support to move into employment, further training or self-employment
Employability and mentoring support can be delivered in person or via Microsoft Teams if preferred.
Work Experience & Industry Insight
- Optional work experience within the beauty industry
- Real-world insight into salon and academy environments
- Opportunities to build confidence and workplace readiness
- Exposure to local and regional beauty career opportunities
Individualised Pathways
Care leavers will be supported to:
- Discuss their interests and goals
- Choose the course or pathway they wish to explore
- Co-design a learning plan that works around their needs
- Access additional mentoring and employability support alongside training
Details around funding, paid elements and individual circumstances can be discussed directly to ensure the offer works for each learner.
Ongoing Support
- Dedicated point of contact throughout the programme
- Consistent 1:1 support and mentoring
- Flexible delivery to reduce pressure and support wellbeing
- Continued guidance throughout transition into work or further training
