Mentoring Support: We pair care leavers with a mentor from our team to help build confidence, develop skills, and provide guidance and encouragement as they take their first steps into work.
Work Experience Placements: We offer placements to help care leavers explore different roles in our business, gain valuable skills, and understand the workplace—boosting their future job prospects. These placements could be linked to distribution and the warehouse or back office functions such as Customer Service, Finance, HR and Marketing,
Career Help and Training: We provide practical career support like CV writing, interview practice, and training workshops. We’re also committed to creating permanent job opportunities for care leavers within our organisation.
