Opportunity 1: Digital & AI Apprenticeship

Locations: London, Birmingham, Crewe
Start Date: February 2026
Programme Length: 16 months
Security Clearance: BPSS required (or eligibility essential)

Shape the future of Digital & AI with Atos

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to build a long-term career in Digital, Automation and AI. You’ll combine classroom-based learning with hands-on workplace experience, working alongside experienced professionals within a global organisation.

What You’ll Do

Participants on the programme will:

  • Support automation delivery by helping gather requirements from teams and stakeholders
  • Learn and apply digital and AI skills, including data quality, testing, basic scripting concepts and workflow logic
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks such as meeting notes, RAID logs and reporting
  • Collaborate with automation developers, project managers and account teams

Who We’re Looking For (applies to all apprenticeship opportunities)

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A–C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Enthusiastic team players with a genuine desire to learn and grow
  • An interest in digital, technology, business or people-focused roles
  • Willingness to develop new skills with support and guidance
