Who we are

Coach Core Foundation (CCF) is a UK charity, established in 2012, that uses sport and apprenticeships to transform the lives of young people who face barriers to education and employment.

We believe every young person deserves access to meaningful education, skills development, and work, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Since we began, we have:

  • Supported over 1,000 apprentices into meaningful careers
  • Partnered with 230+ employers across leisure, sport, and community sectors
  • Enabled apprentices to deliver over one million coaching and activity sessions, engaging more than 13 million participants

We work nationally with employers including football club foundations (such as Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace), National Governing Bodies like England Boxing, and major sporting and community events across the UK.
