Employability Course (Construction)

Summary: Opportunity to work alongside one of UK's leading construction industry service; providing training support and other employability programmes.

Further Details:

The O’Neill & Brennan Group was established in 1990 and has become one of the UK’s and Ireland’s leading construction industry service providers with a turnover in excess of £100m and 13 offices across the UK.

We look to provide recruitment with purpose and ensure that we are supporting all groups considered furthest from the workforce. We are able to offer training through our Construct A Career programme, which is run in partnership with Cidori.

Individuals can sign up for a fully funded employability course. This is a ten day online programme, where you will receive a FREE CSCS card once completed. *Subject to funding areas*.

Successful completion will lead to employment for appropriate candidates. Anyone that receives their training through the programme is also introduced to several other companies offering employment opportunities. We work with many of the UK’s biggest construction companies to offer recruitment solutions as well as Logistics packages.

Note: Mentoring is available and support can be offered to those that need it. These will be based on location. Introductions to trade and office based apprenticeships are available.
