Whitbread is the UK’s largest hospitality company and the owner of Premier Inn, one of the UK’s leading hotel brands. The organisation operates hotels and restaurants across the country and offers a variety of roles within hospitality and customer service.

Whitbread is offering a number of employment opportunities for care leavers at its new Premier Inn Manchester Piccadilly site.

Maintenance Team Member

  • 30 hours per week
  • 25 hours per week

Housekeeping Team Member

  • 30 hours per week
  • 25 hours per week (multiple vacancies available)
  • 16 hours per week (multiple vacancies available)

Ground Floor Team Member

  • 24 hours per week
  • 16 hours per week

Ground Floor Team Members support the day-to-day running of the hotel and provide customer service to guests.

Kitchen Team Member

  • 32 hours per week
  • 24 hours per week
  • 16 hours per week

Interviews will take place from 23 June at Premier Inn Manchester Piccadilly.

Successful applicants will start on 14 July. The first two weeks will be dedicated to training and site preparation before the hotel opens. Training will take place during weekday daytime hours and attendance will be required throughout this period.

The hotel is due to open on 5 August, when regular contracted hours and shift patterns will begin. Details of working hours and shift arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.

Taking Up This Offer
