The De La Warr Pavilion is a dynamic arts and entertainment centre located on the South East coast of England. We host a variety of events, from exhibitions and live performances to comedy shows and community workshops, featuring both local and international artists. • Training & Apprenticeships: We provide information and connections to relevant training and apprenticeship opportunities specifically designed for young people, including those with care experience, to help them acquire the necessary skills for a successful career in the creative industries.

Volunteer Opportunities

We’re always looking for volunteers to support our workshops, community events, and behind-the-scenes activities. Annual Bexhill Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair
The Pavilion hosts the Bexhill Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair every March, a fantastic opportunity for young people, to explore job vacancies and training opportunities. It’s a key event in the local jobs & skills calendar, with over 50 exhibitors and hundreds of attendees. Talent Accelerator Programme
This programme is designed to help young people from all backgrounds, including those with care experience, gain access to opportunities within the creative industries.
