iAspire Care Services was established to provide an accommodation and support service for young care leavers aged 16 and over. We work in partnership with over thirty local authorities and commissioning groups in the UK and provide bespoke packages of support within a nurturing and supportive environment. With our highly qualified and experienced staff team, we empower young people to embrace their journey towards independence, and to strive to achieve their personal best
Our vision is to provide a service driven by the needs and opinions of the young people. One that promotes a supportive and nurturing environment, providing all the young people with the opportunities, support, and encouragement they need to make positive changes in their lives, while building a future for themselves by achieving their best possible outcomes.
Opportunity Take Up
iAspire will promote the opportunities that the CLC has gained from signatories by:
1. Promoting and encouraging care leavers and staff involved in roles that work with care leavers to register for wide ranging opportunity alerts via the Connects app.
2. Promoting access to the Connects ap through our website and literature.
3. Hold keywork sessions with our resident young people to make them aware of Connects opportunities.
Awareness Raising
To support the understanding of the CLC, and the work being undertaken to support the independence of care leavers, iAspire Care Services will:
1. Promote the CLC to employers and partners and make introductions that can lead to new offers being given that will benefit care leavers.
2. Reference and signpost the CLC on our Company website and literature.
3. Use the CLC logo on our email footers.
4. Advertise the CLC in each of our supported accommodations.
Policy Collaboration
To assist with policy development, iAspire Care Services will:
1. Share our experiences with the CLC team if/when required.
2. Gather feedback from our resident young people and share this feedback with the CLC team.
