Our Pre-employment programme has successfully supported over 50 people in the last 12 months, providing them with the necessary skills and resources to secure employment in various departments, including healthcare and domestic services. By partnering with organizations such as DWP, Community gateway and Princes Trust, we are able to offer 30 places this year for those who have been long-term unemployed.
In addition, our Reboot programme offers a 4-week opportunity to sharpen your skills and improve your chances of landing your dream job. This programme is designed to support potential employees who find the application process a barrier to employment. Successful candidates receive a guaranteed interview upon completion of the programme.
