Outside Thinkers is an organisation that is committed to helping care leavers belong and flourish in the workplace. We work to encourage and equip employers to provide an inclusive recruitment and employment policy and supportive work environment. We create networks for the Care Experienced and their allies can share experiences and opportunities as well as seek and provide help, guidance and support.
As part of this process, we offer to deliver monthly hour long insight sessions as a fantastic way to learn and discover potential careers and to understand the pathways and opportunities in these fields.
We do this by bringing in leading professionals from various roles and disciplines to discuss their careers, the opportunities in their fields and at the companies.
We will also introduce care leavers to organisations that can help progression into chosen career pathways and link into other support networks.
We want to make work, work for care experienced talent.
