Everton in the Community (EitC) is the official charity of Everton Football Club. Established in 1988, the charity delivers a wide range of programmes across Merseyside, supporting people of all ages through initiatives focused on employability, education, health, wellbeing and community development.

In partnership with OCS, Everton in the Community is offering an exciting opportunity for young people aged 18–21 in the Liverpool area who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).

If you are a care leaver living in Liverpool and meet this criteria, you can express your interest in joining the OCS Academy (SWAP) programme, delivered through Youth Guarantee Trailblazer funding.

This hands on programme will introduce you to a wide range of career pathways within the Facilities Management sector, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills, gain practical experience and take positive steps towards sustainable employment.

To take part, you must:

  • Be aged 18–21
