Location – Lancashire, Nottingham and Derby
At One Home Care, we offer person centred care for any young person placed within our homes which are located in Lancashire and the East Midlands.
We believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued and truly at home. We empower our managers and staff to make decisions and offer support that reflects the unique needs of their home creating warm and nurturing environments where children can thrive. No two children are the same, and that is why our homes aren’t either.
As a supporter of the Care Leaver Covenant we are looking to offer care leavers the opportunity to join our team. We can offer full training for individuals who are new to the role and the sector. The most important qualification if a care leaver wants to join One Home Care, is that they share our values and want to offer the very best support to the young people we care for.

- Truly caring about making a difference to someone else’s day
- Having empathy, patience and respect for others
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will:
- Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
- Provide personal care that protects people’s dignity.
- Promote independence using enabling approaches.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
- Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
- Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
