At Right Resolution CIC, we support young people leaving care by providing regular 1:2:1 support where young people lead the conversation and share what they would like to achieve. Our mission is to support a smooth transition into adulthood by guiding young people into employment, training and education. It’s really important to us that we are also creating and providing opportunities for young people to develop social skills through community engagement and volunteering opportunities.

Our offer includes a variety of projects for the young people, these projects include;
NVCT Brighter Futures project (focusing on education, employment and training)
Discovery Days (focusing on social inclusion and activities)
BBO project (focusing on personalised support with life skills and employment, education and training guidance)
Jeevan project (sanitaryware project assisting the issue of period poverty for care leavers)
The Food Bank project (providing toiletries, food and drink necessities, and certain homeware items)
There are three points of support for the young people in our service, firstly we provide regular one to one support and guidance into Education, Employment and Training. Secondly we use a Holistic approach when supporting young people, and assist them with their needs, including travel, building CV and personal statements, job preparation and research and access to opportunities for personal development. Finally, we organise social activities to tackle social isolation and loneliness through our Discovery Days Project, empowering young people to engage with the local communities and activities.
This offer is exclusive to care leavers living in Northamptonshire and Peterborough, depending on the area the project is being delivered and the current project capacity. The projects are available for Care Leavers aged between 16 and 24 years old.
