To help us deliver this service we are looking to recruit care experienced young people aged 18+ who can use their lived experience to help the children and young people we support.

In addition to employment opportunities we can also offer care leavers, support in finding safe housing accommodation in the community with the opportunity to gain tenancy on their own home and the support needed to meet guarantor requirements.
We also provide a life skills development programme that can be delivered on either a 1:1 or group basis helping individuals understand and meet the challenges of independent living in a timescale that meets their needs.
