Wightoak Group provides supported accommodation and transport services for Care-Experienced Young People as well as training in First Aid, de- escalation and consultancy.

Wightoak Group aims to be a proactive supporter and employer of Care Experienced people and offer interviews to any Care-Experienced person for any role advertised. Wightoak Group promises to be a care-aware employer and enroll all Care-Experienced person/s onto our Health Cash Plan to enable access to counseling alongside other health plan benefits.

Wightoak Group offers a 10% discount for any Care-Experienced Person booking any Wightoak training.
