We help everyone, regardless of background, circumstance, or label to showcase their natural talents to the world of work.   As part of our commitment to the Covenant, care leavers will be able to benefit from the following services:

Access to a free profiling tool that helps identify talent and potential based on your selection of hobbies and interests. An automatic creation of a SeeMe (Digital CV) that you can share with employers for work experience, apprenticeships, internships or as part of a job application.

Signposting to careers that match your talents – the platform presents careers that you may never have considered that play to your unique strengths and interests. New opportunities will open up.

Signposting to additional support organisations and services to help you on your journey into work.

Discounts and incentives linked to your hobbies and interests to help you maximise your enjoyment and involvement and the benefits that brings.
