To support care leavers we will provide:

Employment opportunities which will include apprenticeships guaranteeing interviews for all care leavers who meet the required entry criteria.

An Entry into Facilities Managment Training Programme for care leavers who live in the East Midlands and Yorkshire and who want to enter this work in the Schools Sector.

A benefits package that includes Living Wage Pay rates, generous pension contributions, entry into a flexible benefits scheme tailored according to your needs, a minimum of 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
