Calderdale College will support care leavers interested in applying to study here as well as care leavers who are already studying here.
Foster Family Fun Days – We offer a wide range of fun, family friendly activities, inspired by the variety of subjects taught across the partnership. This is a great opportunity to visit the campus and have a go at something new.
Pastoral Support – At Calderdale College, support staff identify care leavers from enrolment forms and make contact to offer support throughout their studies.
Application Support – Calderdale College provides care leavers with additional support information around funding applications (e.g. proving status for independent assessment for Student Finance England).
