As a signatory of the Care Leaver Covenant, Galldris is committed to supporting young people to access a wide range of our opportunities.
Galldris will provide Construction Careers Advice Sessions to groups when requested by the Covenant and offer 1-2-1 sessions to applicants prior and during the recruitment process. Applicants should apply via:

We will inform the Covenant about all of our Apprenticeship vacancies, to raise awareness of the opportunities. We commit to engaging with young people or their nominated support throughout the selection process.
Galldris will provide guaranteed interviews to applicants that meet the basic criteria during the selection process.
Galldris will give feedback to all candidates on their application and interviews to enhance their ability when applying for opportunities in the future.
We will also support young people by providing work experience opportunities at our London sites (when there is availability)
