Careers Guidance: Professional careers advisers provide personalised guidance and support to unemployed young people, helping them explore career options, identify their skills and strengths, and set achievable goals.

Information on Training and Education: The National Careers Service provides information on training courses, apprenticeships, further education opportunities, and funding options available to unemployed young people to help them gain new qualifications and improve their prospects.
Career Planning and Progression: Advisers will work with young people to create personalised career action plans, offering ongoing support to help them progress in their chosen career path and achieve their long-term goals.

Specialist Support: The service also offers specialist support for specific groups of unemployed young people, such as those with disabilities, care leavers, or ex-offenders, to address their unique needs and barriers to employment.
