Summary: RMF Training Academy offers a range of accredited courses to enable you to work in the Construction and Rail Industry with a guaranteed job interview.

Are you a care leaver who is interested in construction plant or groundwork, jobs getting the skills and the all-important CSCS Card?

If you are, then the RMF Construction Academy can help you – they run 4 week long skills courses with a guaranteed job interview at the end of the programme. Their courses cover;

Articulated Truck driving
CPCS Dumper and Roller
Banksman
CSCS Card
Health & Safety Training

There is no cost for this training subject to eligibility conditions being met (being resident in the West Midlands, being aged 18+ and unemployed).

RMF will also give advice, guidance and support in preparing for job interviews and have job opportunities available including self employment options.
