Our Early Careers Programme: Launch Your Future
Working across different projects, sectors and roles, you’ll gain practical experience supported by structured learning designed to build your skills and confidence.
· One Inclusive Programme – Our early careers community brings together apprentices, graduates and trainees in a shared learning journey.
· Blended Learning – Over two years, you’ll take part in a mix of virtual and in-person learning, including two residentials in the Lake District.
· Support Network – Your line manager, your buddy, the Early Careers Team and fellow colleagues will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
