Integrated Care Support Services is a passionate, not-for-profit organisation working across South West London and beyond, dedicated to supporting underserved communities through impactful projects. Learn more about our current work https://integratedcaresupport.com/projects.
Our projects help underrepresented communities, including care leavers develop valuable skills for employment and personal development by providing personalised one-on-one advice and guidance. We match and connect individuals with local training providers and offer free access to NHS-funded virtual bite-size skills and awareness training.
These GLA-funded adult and numeracy courses are targeted at Londoners, aged 19+ who may have limited qualifications (below GCSE grade C/4 in maths), as well as those who are unemployed or earning below the London Living Wage.
We also offer virtual job readiness workshops and bite-size information sessions for carers, ensuring care leavers are well-prepared for the job market. For those interested in careers within health and social care, they can provide information/signpost pathways to the South West London Health Hub and Social Care Hub.
